What it is.
316L with sanitary polishing. The interior can be finished to Ra ≤ 0.8 µm with no dead spots, so it cleans in place and sterilises in place. Inlets and outlets, sampling ports, manways, legs, agitators and heating jackets are added to your process. It resists buffers, culture media, chemical solutions and drug liquids, and is used in media preparation, buffer storage and liquid transfer for biopharma, vaccine, cell therapy and CDMO sites, to cGMP practice.

Ra ≤ 0.8 µm as standard for sanitary use. Lower values on request, with a roughness report.
Is it pressure rated?
Atmospheric as standard. Tell us if the process needs pressure and the design is reviewed accordingly.
